Startup Incubator Codebase Announces Season 2 Cohort

Codebase, an incubator program for early-stage Web3 startups building on the Avalanche network, revealed its second cohort of teams, after receiving nearly 100 applications from over 20 countries.

The program provides each selected startup with the following benefits:

A $50k non-dilutive grant for the team to build
Dedicated and sustained mentorship from Web3 founders, operators, & investors
Access to a partner & service provider network for concierge service & product/service discounts
Co-building opportunities with Ava Labs teams across engineering, product, and developer relations, ecosystem growth, marketing and legal.
Weekly storytelling coaching sessions
Several weekly seminars centering on curriculum-driven best practices for building a startup, innovating a business model, tokenomics, go-to-market strategy, product UX/UI development, and more. Seminars are co-led by experts in web3 and designed exclusively by Codebase as a “Web3 MBA bootcamp”.

To kick off Season 2, the Codebase cohort spent a week in Buenos Aires at Avalanche Summit LATAM, followed by an eventful onboarding week that included pitch practice workshops and breakout sessions with the Avalanche Foundation Board, prominent ecosystem founders, and project leads from Codebase Cohort 1.

Codebase’s intensive program culminates into an online demo day December 18, where each startup will pitch for three prizes within a prize pool of $1M, judged by a weighted score from a panel of investors and the broader Avalanche community.
