The slate offers diversified exposure to upcoming projects, targeting six titles–three from a pre-existing catalog of intellectual properties (IPs) and three new IPs. Given the raise involves development, investors may be able to recoup their investment with a premium as soon as a film goes into production rather than waiting to see if the completed film is successful in the marketplace. Investors also have the opportunity to continue to reap premiums at other milestones, including through a portion of Pressman Film’s producing fee and a portion of their net profit share. After a 12-month holding period, investors may also have the option to trade their shares on a secondary market, similar to stocks.

With a proven track record of deploying $3 billion across various sectors, member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) registered investment platform Republic aims to enable access to the opportunity for both accredited and unaccredited investors.
